Apprentice-Technician

【岗位职责】 在经验丰富的技术人员指导下，学习并执行气候控制系统的安装、维护和维修工作；协助在住宅、商业和工业环境中设置和维修供暖、通风、空调和制冷（HVAC-R）设备；学习诊断系统故障、使用诊断工具并遵循安全协议；支持团队完成工单、记录服务活动并确保客户满意度；参与在职培训以发展系统故障排除、制冷剂处理、电气元件和机械维修方面的技术技能；参加课堂培训以获取HVAC-R原理的理论知识；与高级技术人员协作，确保高效及时地完成任务，同时遵守公司标准和法规要求。 【任职要求】 具备搬运重型设备、在狭小空间工作以及在各种天气条件下操作的体力；能够学习并应用诊断工具和安全协议；愿意参与在职和课堂培训以提升技术能力；具备团队协作精神，能与高级技术人员有效配合；遵守公司标准和法规要求。

High school diploma or equivalent. Basic mechanical aptitude and interest in HVAC-R systems. Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment. Willingness to learn through hands-on training and classroom instruction. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work in varied environments. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
