As a Ventes internes (Internal Sales) team member at RM LOGISTIQUE, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through proactive client engagement and relationship management. Your primary duties include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing inbound sales inquiries, and maintaining a robust pipeline of potential clients. You will conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to qualify leads, present our logistics solutions, and close sales deals. Additionally, you will collaborate with the team to develop and execute sales strategies, track performance metrics, and meet or exceed monthly sales targets. You will also handle customer inquiries, provide product or service information, and resolve any issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires a self-starter who can work independently from home, leveraging a commission-based compensation structure to maximize earnings. You will participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and sales techniques. The position emphasizes a dynamic, fun, and supportive team environment where teamwork and mutual success are valued.

To succeed in this role, you must have proven experience in sales, preferably in a remote or internal sales capacity. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively. You should be resourceful, motivated, and comfortable with outbound calling and lead generation. Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications is required. A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary; additional education in business or sales is a plus. You must be self-disciplined and able to manage your time effectively while working from home. Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset. Previous experience in logistics or transportation is preferred but not mandatory.
