The Service Technician is primarily responsible for evaluating and diagnosing causes for gearbox and pump repairs. The role involves completing the dismantle and inspection of components, as well as preparing comprehensive service reports with accurate measurements related to these components. Responsibilities include building, repairing, servicing, and troubleshooting various gearbox and pump components. The technician tests rebuilt components or systems to ensure they meet acceptable results. Additional duties include taking pictures and completing job reports to document work performed.
