As a Représentant interne, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients in the electrical equipment distribution sector. Your primary responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound communications to support sales and customer service. You will process customer orders, provide product information, and resolve inquiries related to electrical materials and associated services. You will collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, ensuring customer needs are met efficiently. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's database. You will also coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery. Your role involves staying updated on product catalogs, pricing, and industry trends to offer informed recommendations to clients. You will handle administrative tasks such as preparing quotes, invoices, and reports. You will contribute to achieving team sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction through proactive follow-ups and problem-solving.

You must have a strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills in French and English. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the electrical or industrial distribution sector, is required.
