As an Internal Representative, you will be the key point of contact for customers seeking mechanical parts and solutions. Your daily responsibilities include:
Customer Service and Sales: Greet and advise customers in a courteous and professional manner. Sell parts and ensure each customer leaves with the correct solution. Conduct research to identify the right parts, compare options, and build trust-based relationships.
Technical Support: Leverage your attention to detail and passion for mechanics to assist customers in finding the best solutions. Provide accurate information and recommendations based on customer needs.
Inventory and Order Management: Assist with parts lookup, inventory checks, and order processing to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues related to parts availability or specifications.
Relationship Building: Foster long-term customer loyalty by delivering consistent, high-quality service. Listen actively to customer concerns and follow up as needed to ensure satisfaction.
Problem Solving: Troubleshoot customer inquiries and complaints, using your mechanical knowledge to offer practical solutions. Work independently and as part of a team to meet sales targets and service standards.
