As an Internal Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by managing and developing relationships with existing and potential clients. Your primary duties include: - Prospecting and qualifying new leads through outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings to generate sales opportunities. - Maintaining and expanding a portfolio of assigned accounts by understanding client needs and presenting appropriate solutions. - Collaborating with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that meet revenue targets. - Preparing and delivering sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients via virtual platforms. - Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, including preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts. - Tracking and reporting sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics using CRM software. - Providing exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction. - Staying updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities to effectively position offerings. - Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve sales skills and product expertise. - Supporting marketing initiatives by providing feedback on client needs and market conditions.

Qualifications and requirements: - Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or a similar customer-facing role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers. - Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities. - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. - Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Bilingualism in French and English is required to serve clients in both languages. - Post-secondary education in business, sales, or a related field is an asset.
