Registered Nurse - Chief Quality and Patient Safety

The Chief, Quality & Patient Safety (Registered Nurse) provides leadership and oversight for organization-wide quality management initiatives. This role carries responsibility for integrated programs that cross service and discipline lines, impacting broad population groups. As an advisor, administrator, educator, and mentor, the incumbent establishes and maintains strong relationships across all levels of VISN and medical center personnel, facilitating collaboration and continuous improvement.

Basic Requirements: English Language Proficiency: In accordance with 38 U.S.C. 7403(f), no person shall serve in direct patient care positions unless they are proficient in basic written and spoken English.
