As an Internal Representative at Drumco Énergie, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and supporting sales operations for a range of power generation equipment. Your primary duties include: Customer Support and Sales: Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing product information, pricing, and technical specifications for generators ranging from 2 kW to 4 MW. Process orders, quotations, and follow-ups to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Account Management: Maintain and update customer accounts in the CRM system, track sales activities, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services. Collaborate with the external sales team to coordinate client visits and project requirements. Technical Coordination: Liaise with engineering and service departments to relay customer needs, schedule preventive maintenance, and resolve any technical issues. Provide basic troubleshooting guidance and escalate complex problems as needed. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare sales reports, inventory status updates, and performance metrics for management review. Ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with company policies. Market Coverage: Support clients across institutional, industrial, commercial, residential, and agricultural sectors, tailoring solutions to meet diverse power generation needs.

To succeed in this role, you should have: - **Education**: College diploma (DEC) in business administration, sales, or a related field; or equivalent experience. - **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in the industrial or energy sector. - **Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English; proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); ability to read and interpret technical specifications. - **Knowledge**: Basic understanding of electrical systems or generator technology is an asset. Familiarity with the Quebec market and key industries (institutional, commercial, industrial) is preferred. - **Attributes**: Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Team player with a customer-focused mindset.
