As a Branch Welcome Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive a professional, efficient, and friendly service. Your key responsibilities include: Engaging with customers to deliver exceptional customer service, including cashier services where appropriate, to both personal and business customers.
Managing the flow of customers to ensure a smooth and efficient passage through the branch.
Directing customers to appropriate self-service options, including online and Banking 365 channels, and demonstrating how to use self-service facilities.
