Customer Operations Support Assistant - Mortgage Customer Solutions Home Buying Location: Baggot Plaza
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 09:00am - 5:00pm
Contract length: 12 months Description of Business Unit:
Mortgage Customer Solutions - Home Buying is a dedicated unit dealing with Mortgage customers in financial difficulty and deals with accounts in arrears and pre-arrears. The Support Team play a key role towards maximising recovery/minimising losses by applying appropriate solutions/treatments via individual case management on cases through to resolution.
