In this role, you will manage a portfolio of mortgage cases, provide support to customers, and operate within a regulated environment. Your key responsibilities will include: Managing a portfolio of mortgage arrears and collections cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Supporting customers through the mortgage process, addressing their queries and providing guidance on available options.
