Internship at BRP, Summer 2026

As an intern at BRP during Summer 2026, you will contribute to real-world projects within a global leader in recreational vehicles and boats. Your responsibilities will be tailored to your assigned department and may include: - Supporting engineering teams in the design, testing, and validation of new products for snowmobiles, watercraft, off-road vehicles, and other recreational vehicles. - Assisting with market research and competitive analysis to inform product development and marketing strategies. - Participating in cross-functional meetings to provide input on project timelines, deliverables, and process improvements. - Conducting data analysis and preparing reports to support decision-making in areas such as supply chain, manufacturing, or quality assurance. - Collaborating with experienced professionals to learn best practices in areas like mechanical engineering, electrical systems, or business operations. - Contributing to the development of prototypes, simulations, or technical documentation as needed. - Engaging in team-based problem-solving to address operational or technical challenges. - Presenting findings and recommendations to supervisors and team members at the conclusion of the internship. This internship offers hands-on experience in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment, with opportunities to work on projects that impact BRP’s global product lineup. You will be expected to take initiative, communicate effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced workplace.

- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program (e.g., university or college) in a relevant field such as engineering, business, marketing, supply chain, or a related discipline. - Strong academic standing with a demonstrated interest in recreational vehicles, motorsports, or manufacturing. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in French is an asset. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently on assigned tasks. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CAD software or data analysis tools is a plus. - Prior internship or co-op experience in a related industry is preferred but not required. - Must be legally authorized to work in the country of the internship location (e.g., Canada, United States, Mexico, Finland, Australia, or Austria). - Availability to work full-time for the duration of the Summer 2026 internship period.
