Oversee client service delivery and ensure service standards are consistently achieved across a portfolio of key clients.
Develop and implement strategic client service initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
Collaborate with internal operational teams to ensure client requirements are understood and delivered efficiently.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, conducting regular meetings to assess service quality and identify evolving needs.
Manage and resolve complex client issues, escalations and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline and/or a recognised professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
7–10 years' experience within financial services, ideally with exposure to fund accounting, product control or investment operations.
