岗位职责
Lead the day-to-day investment controlling function, ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of NAV reviews, performance reporting and investor reporting.
Review and approve work completed by team members, maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy and consistency.
Provide technical oversight on complex transactions, fund valuations and cash flow activity, offering guidance on investment controlling matters.
Act as the primary escalation point for operational issues involving fund administrators, auditors and internal stakeholders.

15+ years' experience within private equity, private credit, fund accounting, investment controlling or private markets operations.
Strong leadership experience with a proven ability to motivate, coach and develop high-performing teams.
