岗位职责
As a key part of the client support & operations team, you will primarily be responsible for supporting corporate & commercial clients with their needs, planning client events & launches, supporting the roll-out of the product, demonstrating technical capabilities to new customers & resolving queries/issues from the existing client base.
In addition to the above duties you will also troubleshoot new projects, support engagement campaigns, report on competitor/market activities, assist the design teams with customer journey planning & support other relevant projects across the organisation.

3rd level degree qualified ideally in business studies, marketing or a related discipline.
A relevant co-op/college placement or relevant work experience would be a major advantage.
Strong IT systems ability along with high level written & verbal communication skills.
