岗位职责
Develop and implement revenue strategies to maximize hotel performance and profitability.
Manage pricing, inventory, and distribution across all sales channels.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and demand patterns to identify revenue opportunities.
Produce regular forecasts, reports, and performance insights for senior management.
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Front Office teams to drive commercial success.
Lead weekly and monthly revenue meetings and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Previous experience in a Revenue Manager or similar hotel revenue role.
Strong analytical, forecasting, and pricing experience.
Knowledge of hotel distribution channels, PMS, and revenue management systems.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
