Lead and coach a multilingual sales team for a leading digital advertising platform, driving revenue
岗位职责
Lead, coach and inspire a team of high-performing Sales Representatives and Account Managers to consistently exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Drive revenue growth through effective performance management, coaching, and strategic planning.
Conduct regular one-to-one meetings, call coaching, and performance reviews to develop your team's capabilities.
Support onboarding and ongoing development through mentoring, training, and best practice sharing.
Analyse sales performance, pipeline health, and business metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
申请条件
3-5 years' experience in Sales, with at least 1-2 years in a Sales Manager, Team Lead, or similar leadership role.
Experience leading and developing high-performing sales or account management teams.
Strong track record of achieving revenue targets and managing KPIs.
