As a Superviseur(e) Ventes Internes, you will play a key role in transforming internal sales and customer experience. Reporting to the Director of Customer Experience, you will act as a linchpin between sales, production, planning, and logistics, ensuring alignment between commercial commitments and operational capacity.
Your responsibilities include:
- Structuring and leading the internal sales team to optimize performance and customer satisfaction.
- Deploying and structuring sales processes to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Acting as a bridge between departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Monitoring sales targets and team performance, providing coaching and feedback.
- Analyzing sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with production and logistics to ensure timely delivery and resource allocation.
- Developing and implementing training programs for team members.
- Managing escalations and resolving complex customer issues.
- Contributing to strategic planning and process improvement initiatives.

- Proven experience in sales supervision or team leadership, ideally in an internal sales or customer service environment.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM tools, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken).
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in logistics or production planning is a plus.
