As an Inside Sales Renewal Specialist, you will join a successful renewals sales team to help existing business customers maximize the value of their software investments while identifying opportunities for account growth. Your responsibilities include: Managing the full renewal cycle for existing customers through proactive outbound engagement.
Building trusted relationships and understanding each customer's business needs.
Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account value.
