Area Sales Manager

As the Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth across the Munster region in the construction equipment and plant hire sector. This field-based role focuses on developing new business opportunities while managing and expanding key customer relationships. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will play a key role in delivering revenue growth, increasing market share, and identifying new opportunities across the construction, civil engineering, infrastructure, and related industries.

Based within the Munster region with strong knowledge of the local market. Proven success in generating new business and winning major accounts. Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and negotiation through to implementation and account growth.
