【岗位职责】 作为内部销售代表，您将负责发展与客户之间基于信任的牢固关系；主要关注理解客户需求并推荐最合适的产品以确保其满意度；管理入站销售咨询、处理订单并提供准确的产品信息；主动联系现有客户以识别追加销售和交叉销售机会，确保高水平的服务和客户留存；与销售团队合作以实现目标，并为积极、以客户为中心的工作环境做出贡献。 【任职要求】 具备出色的客户关系建立和维护能力；能够准确理解客户需求并提供合适的产品推荐；拥有处理销售咨询和订单管理的经验；具备主动识别销售机会和提升客户满意度的能力；善于团队协作，致力于达成销售目标并营造积极的客户导向工作氛围。

Strong relationship-building and communication skills. Proven ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Experience in inside sales or customer service is preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications. Fluency in French and English is required.
