Sales Support Specialist – Marine Services & Spare Parts

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be the central point of contact for customers, suppliers, shipyards, and internal departments, ensuring orders are processed efficiently and service activities are delivered to the highest standard. Your responsibilities will include: Customer & Sales Support: Manage customer enquiries relating to spare parts, quotations, orders, and after-sales support. Build strong relationships with customers by providing timely updates and delivering an exceptional service experience.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working in an international environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. You will ideally have: Previous experience in Sales Support, Inside Sales, Customer Service, Order Management, Commercial Administration, or Service Coordination.
