As an Internal Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing and growing sales within the covering department. Your primary duties include:
- Prospecting and qualifying new leads through outbound calls and emails.
- Maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Processing orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up.
- Providing product information and technical support to customers as needed.
- Tracking sales metrics and preparing reports for management review.
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to a positive, collaborative work environment.
You will work closely with internal departments to coordinate sales efforts and resolve any customer issues. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying sales opportunities and a commitment to achieving individual and team targets.

- Previous experience in inside sales or a related customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business or a related field is an asset.
