As a French Onboarding & Activation Specialist, you will guide new sellers through the onboarding process, help them prepare for live commerce, and support them in becoming active and successful participants on the platform. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth seller journey from approval to launch. Key Responsibilities: 1. Seller Onboarding: - Support new sellers from approval through to launch readiness. - Ensure accounts are correctly set up and ready for live selling. - Confirm sellers have access to all necessary tools and systems. 2.

1–2 years of experience in sales, onboarding, account support, or operations.
Fluent in French and English, both written and verbal.
