Lead the end-to-end coordination and administration of healthcare services, ensuring efficient delivery of assessments to children.
Manage referrals, appointments, assessments, and reports, ensuring they progress within agreed service timelines.
Monitor caseloads and service demand to optimize clinic capacity and resource utilization.
Oversee scheduling and coordination of multidisciplinary assessment appointments, including weekday and weekend services.
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and clinical systems in line with compliance requirements.

Third-level qualification in Healthcare, Business, Management, Social Care, Administration, or a related discipline.
Experience leading or supervising a team within a healthcare, social care, clinical administration, or service delivery environment.
