岗位职责
As an Internal Sales Representative, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience in a high-end, elegant, and exclusive environment. Your primary duties include:
Customer Engagement: Greet and assist clients in our showroom, providing personalized service with a sense of urgency and precision. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate mattress solutions from our premium product line.
Sales Support: Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing, including product demonstrations, order processing, and follow-up communications. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
Showroom Management: Ensure the showroom is impeccably presented at all times, with products displayed to highlight their quality and craftsmanship. Assist in inventory management and visual merchandising as needed.
Industry Representation: Act as a brand ambassador, representing our client’s reputation for luxury and excellence. Stay informed about product features, materials, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable advice.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to meet targets and share best practices. Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Administrative Tasks: Handle phone inquiries, schedule appointments, and manage correspondence. Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any issues.
This role requires a professional who thrives in a face-to-face, client-facing environment and is committed to upholding the highest standards of service in a luxury retail setting.

To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Proven experience in high-end retail or luxury sales, preferably in furniture, bedding, or a related industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in French and English (both spoken and written).
- Strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and polished appearance suitable for an exclusive showroom setting.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., CRM software, Microsoft Office).
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, with occasional flexibility for special events.
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business or sales is an asset.
