As an Internal Sales Agent, you will be responsible for managing and developing customer relationships through inbound and outbound sales activities. Your primary duties include responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing product information, pricing, and availability. You will process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with the external sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. Additionally, you will support the preparation of sales quotes and proposals, and assist in resolving any customer issues or complaints. You will stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities to effectively advise customers. You will also participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategy discussions. Your role is crucial in driving revenue growth and maintaining a high level of customer service.

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong passion for automation, robotics, instrumentation, and electronics. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. A minimum of 2 years of experience in internal sales or customer service, preferably in the industrial technology distribution sector, is required. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential. You must be fluent in French and English, both written and spoken. A degree in business, engineering, or a related field is an asset. You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team are necessary.
