【岗位职责】 负责通过呼入和呼出销售活动管理并发展客户关系；通过电话、电子邮件和聊天回复客户咨询，提供产品信息、价格和库存情况；准确高效地处理订单，确保及时交付和客户满意度；与外部销售团队合作，识别追加销售和交叉销售机会；在CRM系统中维护客户互动和交易的详细记录；支持销售报价和提案的准备工作；协助解决客户问题或投诉；参与团队会议并贡献销售策略讨论；推动收入增长并保持高水平的客户服务。 【任职要求】 保持对产品知识、行业趋势和竞争对手活动的了解，以便有效为客户提供建议；具备良好的沟通和协作能力；能够准确处理订单并维护详细记录；有销售或客户服务经验者优先；熟悉CRM系统操作；具备问题解决和客户投诉处理能力；能够参与销售策略讨论并贡献意见。

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong passion for automation, robotics, instrumentation, and electronics. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. A minimum of 2 years of experience in internal sales or customer service, preferably in the industrial technology distribution sector, is required. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential. You must be fluent in French and English, both written and spoken. A degree in business, engineering, or a related field is an asset. You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team are necessary.
