As a Regional Business Development Associate, you act proactively to identify and qualify investment advisors and financial planners within the IIROC and MFDA channels for the sale of National Bank Investments (NBI) investment solutions. Your business development activities include calls, emails, digital interactions, and marketing campaigns aimed at increasing awareness and appreciation of NBI's offerings. You will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing relationships, and setting up meetings for the sales team. You will also track and report on sales activities, maintain accurate records in the CRM system, and collaborate with marketing to execute targeted campaigns. Additionally, you will stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to effectively position NBI's products. Your role is crucial in expanding the firm's presence in the Canadian financial advisory market.

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or financial services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of investment products and the Canadian financial advisory landscape. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.
