Legal Counsel (11-month fixed term contract) Responsibilities: Commercial Contracts
Draft, review, negotiate and advise on customer, supplier and other commercial agreements, including contractual risk, indemnity/liability, termination and other contractual clauses.
Liaise with and support Group stakeholders, including commercial teams, pricing teams and business divisions, and help align contracts with Cpl Group policies, business objectives and legal requirements.
Assist with maintaining and updating contract templates, guidance notes, clause banks and playbooks.

Essential:
Qualified Solicitor or Barrister in Ireland and/or Northern Ireland.
Strong legal drafting, review and negotiation skills, particularly for commercial agreements, with the ability to give clear, commercial and solutions-focused advice.
