As an Internal Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with clients. Your daily duties include responding to emails and phone inquiries promptly and professionally. You will prepare and present quotations and price requests to clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Additionally, you will distribute marketing materials such as brochures and catalogs to support client engagement. A key aspect of the role is identifying and developing new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to potential clients and presenting new products. You will also be involved in introducing new product lines to existing customers, helping to expand their portfolio and drive sales growth. This position requires a proactive approach to client management, with a focus on fostering long-term partnerships and contributing to the company's overall business development efforts.

Strong communication skills in both written and verbal forms, with the ability to handle phone inquiries professionally. Proficiency in preparing and presenting quotations and price proposals. Ability to distribute and manage marketing collateral effectively. Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Familiarity with product presentation and introduction to clients. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Fluency in French and English is required. A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
