As an HR Operations Specialist, you will join a global People team supporting employees across the EMEA region. You will act as a key escalation point for HR queries, partner with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and Centers of Excellence (COEs), and play a critical role in delivering an excellent employee experience across the full employee lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and resolve day-to-day HR cases and escalations.
Support onboarding, employee movements, contract changes, and offboarding.
Work within HR ticketing/case management systems to ensure SLA delivery and service excellence.

Qualifications and Requirements:
3+ years' experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or Employee Services within a multinational organization.
Strong experience managing HR cases and escalations in a fast-paced environment.
