Lead and support the HR Operations team, ensuring a high-quality service across the business.
Oversee employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, contract changes, and offboarding.
Act as a key contact for HR queries from employees and managers.
Maintain HR systems and employee data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Produce HR reports and workforce metrics to support decision-making.
Support payroll, benefits administration, and regulatory requirements.
Drive process improvements through automation, technology, and AI.

Proven experience in an HR Operations, HR Administration, or HR Generalist role with strong Irish employment law exposure.
Previous experience leading, supervising, or managing an HR team or individual.
Strong understanding of end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.
