Oversee HR processes from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring compliance and consistency.
Own HR data integrity, reporting, and dashboard creation for senior leadership.
Support employee relations and guide managers on people matters.
Drive process improvements and contribute to strategic HR projects.
Liaise with Payroll and external vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
