Drive new business acquisition across the Nordic market by identifying and engaging prospective advertisers.
Act as the first point of contact for new clients, setting them up for success from day one.
Consult with businesses to understand their commercial objectives and translate them into effective marketing campaigns.
Provide data-driven insights and optimisation recommendations (CPA, CPC, CPM, ROAS).
Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, focusing on activation, retention, and revenue growth.
Work toward quarterly targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

1+ year experience in a target-driven, customer-facing role (sales, account management, digital marketing).
Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics (CPA, CPC, CPM, ROAS).
Experience working in a KPI-driven environment.
Strong communication skills with a consultative approach.
