Manage all aspects of the deli department, including sales, profitability, waste, and quality of all products, displays, and customer service.
Ensure compliance with all food safety requirements in accordance with Food Safety Regulations and the store's policies and procedures.
Communicate any changes to the range, offers, and new initiatives to the deli team.
Lead and coach employees, work as part of a team, and provide leadership to achieve sales targets and KPIs set by management.

Experience in successfully achieving sales targets and KPIs set by management.
Must have experience in ordering for deli departments and managing waste within a fresh food department.
