Junior Estimator

【岗位职责】 作为初级估算师，您将在支持估算团队方面发挥关键作用，负责为建筑项目准备准确的成本估算。您的主要职责包括：审查项目计划、规格和其他文件以理解工作范围；协助量化材料、劳动力和设备需求，并将数据输入估算软件以生成初步成本模型；与高级估算师合作分析分包商和供应商报价，确保其符合项目要求；帮助维护历史成本数据并更新定价数据库；参与现场考察和投标前会议以收集相关信息；准备投标包并支持团队向管理层展示估算；在施工阶段跟踪项目成本以与估算进行比较，识别差异并贡献经验教训。 【任职要求】 此职位要求注重细节、具备较强的数学技能以及在截止日期下工作的能力。您需要与内部团队和外部利益相关者有效沟通以澄清项目细节。随着经验积累，您将承担更复杂的估算任务，并为估算流程的持续改进做出贡献。

Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 0-2 years of experience in construction estimating or a related role. Strong analytical and mathematical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Familiarity with estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar) is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
