Associate SAP Functional - Entry Level

As an Associate SAP Functional Consultant at the entry level, you will support the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP solutions for clients across various industries. Your primary responsibilities include: - Collaborating with client teams to understand business processes and requirements, translating them into functional SAP specifications. - Assisting in the configuration and customization of SAP modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, or HR) to meet client needs. - Participating in system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure solution quality. - Documenting functional designs, test scripts, and user manuals to support project deliverables. - Working closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP and other systems. - Providing support during data migration activities, including data mapping and validation. - Engaging in client workshops and training sessions to facilitate user adoption. - Contributing to project planning and status reporting, ensuring timely delivery of milestones. - Staying updated on SAP best practices and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions. - Supporting post-go-live activities, including issue resolution and system enhancements. This role involves working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where you will learn from experienced consultants and contribute to real-world projects. You will be expected to travel to client sites as needed.

To be successful in this role, you should have: - A bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. - Basic understanding of SAP modules and enterprise resource planning (ERP) concepts. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions. - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. - Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - No prior SAP experience required, but coursework or internships in SAP or ERP systems are a plus. - Fluency in English; additional languages are beneficial.
