CLIMBER / FIELD EIT

【岗位职责】 负责对电信结构（包括铁塔、屋顶及其他高空设施）进行实地现场检查和评估；攀爬结构进行目视检查，收集结构完整性数据，并使用专用设备和软件记录发现结果；与高级工程师紧密合作，分析现场数据，编写报告，并建议维护或维修措施；协助电信设备的安装和测试，确保符合行业标准和安全规定；频繁出差至不同工作现场，在户外各种天气条件下工作，并严格遵守高空作业安全规程；参加培训课程以提升技术技能和电信基础设施知识。 【任职要求】 具备攀爬结构进行现场检查的能力；能够使用专用设备和软件进行数据收集和记录；能与高级工程师协作分析数据并编写报告；熟悉电信设备的安装和测试流程；适应频繁出差和户外工作环境；严格遵守高空作业安全规程；愿意参加培训以提升技术技能。

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Valid Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or eligibility to obtain one. Strong physical fitness and ability to climb towers and work at heights. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Excellent attention to detail and data collection skills. Basic knowledge of structural analysis and telecommunications equipment. Effective communication skills for reporting and teamwork. Willingness to travel to different job sites as needed.
