Apprentice Electrician

The Apprentice Electrician will carry out a wide range of electrical duties, including service, response, and breakdown works, as well as new build installations. The role primarily focuses on commercial and industrial sectors, with a specific emphasis on hazardous areas. This position requires working and staying away from home as needed. Key responsibilities include: - Performing electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in commercial and industrial settings. - Conducting service and response work for electrical breakdowns. - Assisting with new build electrical installations. - Working in hazardous areas, adhering to safety protocols and regulations. - Traveling to various job sites, including overnight stays when required. - Supporting senior electricians in daily tasks and learning on the job. - Ensuring all work meets industry standards and safety requirements.

Qualifications and requirements: - Must be willing to travel to various sites, including overnight stays. - Interest in electrical work, particularly in commercial and industrial sectors. - Ability to work in hazardous areas (training may be provided). - Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. - Good communication and teamwork skills. - Physical fitness to handle demanding tasks. - No prior experience required, but a basic understanding of electrical systems is beneficial.
