Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Uncapped Commission

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle within a fast-paced consultancy environment. Your primary duties include: Client Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the Engineering, Technical, IT, and Finance sectors. You will understand their hiring needs, provide market insights, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions. Candidate Sourcing: Proactively sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. You will assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit to match them with suitable roles. Business Development: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and client meetings. You will work to expand the consultancy's client base and increase market presence. Account Management: Managing existing client accounts to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. You will negotiate terms, handle contract placements, and resolve any issues that arise. Market Research: Staying up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to provide informed advice to clients and candidates. Administrative Tasks: Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, preparing reports on recruitment metrics, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Team Collaboration: Working closely with senior consultants and management to achieve team targets and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the company.
