As a Graduate/Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in the growth of a rapidly expanding consultancy focused on Engineering, Technical, IT, and Finance sectors. Your primary responsibilities include:
Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs, provide market insights, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to identify, attract, and engage top-tier candidates for a range of roles.
Full Recruitment Cycle: Manage the entire recruitment process from initial client briefing and candidate screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and placement follow-up.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to advise clients and candidates effectively.
Business Development: Proactively identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking events, and referrals to expand the client base.
Performance Targets: Meet and exceed individual and team targets for placements, revenue, and client satisfaction, with a focus on rapid progression to management roles.
Training and Development: Participate in comprehensive training programs to develop recruitment skills, industry knowledge, and leadership capabilities, with clear pathways to senior positions.
Collaboration: Work closely with senior consultants and management to share best practices, support team goals, and contribute to the company's expansion plans across the UK and internationally.
