Graduate Opportunity - Recruitment Consultant

As a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating job offers. You will work closely with senior consultants to understand client requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Your daily tasks include conducting market research to identify potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking events. You will also maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring accurate records of interactions and placements. Additionally, you will assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates, providing guidance throughout the hiring process. You will participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress, share best practices, and contribute to business development efforts. The role involves handling administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as drafting job descriptions, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters. You will also have the opportunity to learn negotiation techniques and sales strategies to effectively match candidates with suitable positions. Over time, you will take on more responsibility, including managing your own portfolio of clients and candidates, with a clear path to management roles. The position offers structured 1-on-1 training from senior team members to accelerate your professional growth and ensure you meet performance targets.

You must be a recent graduate or graduating in the summer, with a strong interest in sales and recruitment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will interact with diverse stakeholders daily. You should be highly motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in using computer systems, including Microsoft Office and recruitment software, is preferred. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory, as full training will be provided. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn are critical for success in this role.
