岗位职责
As an intern in Process Development Optics Technology, you will collaborate with experienced engineers and researchers to support the development and optimization of optical processes. Your responsibilities include assisting in the design, execution, and analysis of experiments related to optical component fabrication and testing. You will work on improving process parameters, such as coating, etching, or lithography techniques, to enhance product performance and yield. Additionally, you will contribute to the documentation of experimental procedures, results, and process specifications. You will participate in team meetings, providing insights and updates on your projects. This role involves hands-on work in a laboratory environment, where you will learn to operate specialized equipment and software for optical measurement and simulation. You will also support troubleshooting activities to resolve process-related issues and ensure quality standards are met. By the end of the internship, you will have gained practical experience in optical process development, from concept to implementation, within a dynamic industrial setting.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Physics, Optics, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field. Basic understanding of optical principles and technologies. Familiarity with laboratory equipment and experimental methods. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Prior internship or project experience in optics or process development is a plus.
