As an Intern in Direct Marketing, you will support the development and execution of targeted marketing campaigns aimed at engaging customers and driving brand loyalty. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the planning and coordination of direct marketing initiatives, such as email campaigns, direct mail, and digital communications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall marketing strategies and brand guidelines. You will be involved in analyzing customer data and segmentation to identify target audiences and optimize campaign performance. This includes preparing reports on key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, and providing insights for continuous improvement. Additionally, you will help manage the content creation process, including copywriting, design briefs, and asset coordination with internal and external partners. Your role will also encompass monitoring market trends and competitor activities to inform campaign strategies. You will assist in maintaining marketing databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations. Furthermore, you will support the team in administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, documenting campaign processes, and tracking budgets. This internship offers hands-on experience in direct marketing within a global automotive brand, allowing you to develop skills in campaign management, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with experienced marketers and gain exposure to the full lifecycle of direct marketing campaigns, from concept to execution and evaluation.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German language skills are a plus. Prior internship or project experience in marketing is preferred but not required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
