As an intern in the Global Occupational Safety department, you will gain hands-on experience in lean process management within a pharmaceutical environment. Your primary focus will be on occupational safety services processes, where you will support the development, implementation, and optimization of safety-related workflows. Key responsibilities include: - Assisting in the analysis and improvement of occupational safety processes to enhance efficiency and compliance. - Participating in the design and documentation of standard operating procedures for safety services. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate workplace hazards. - Supporting data collection, reporting, and monitoring of safety metrics. - Contributing to the creation of training materials and communication tools for safety initiatives. - Engaging in project management tasks, including scheduling, tracking progress, and preparing presentations. - Learning about global safety standards and regulations applicable to pharmaceutical operations.
