As an intern in the Global Occupational Safety department, you will support the development and optimization of lean processes for occupational safety services. Your responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the analysis and improvement of occupational safety workflows to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Collaborating with team members to document and standardize safety procedures.
- Participating in the implementation of safety management systems and tools.
- Conducting research on best practices in occupational health and safety to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Supporting the preparation of reports, presentations, and training materials related to safety processes.
- Engaging in cross-functional projects to integrate safety considerations into broader operational activities.
- Contributing to data collection and analysis for safety performance metrics.
This internship provides hands-on experience in a pharmaceutical environment, focusing on lean methodologies and safety management.

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong interest in occupational safety and lean process management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Effective communication skills in English; German language skills are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous internship or project experience in safety or process improvement is desirable but not required.
