Internship / Working Student - Central R&D Controlling Efficiency (f/m/d) - Inklusiver Job

As an Intern or Working Student in Central R&D Controlling Efficiency, you will support the team in driving cost efficiency and transparency across research and development projects. Your responsibilities include: - Assisting in the preparation and analysis of financial reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) for R&D projects. - Supporting the development and maintenance of controlling tools and dashboards to monitor project costs and efficiency. - Participating in the creation of budget plans and forecasts for R&D initiatives. - Conducting ad-hoc analyses to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data collection and reporting. - Preparing presentations and documentation for management reviews and decision-making processes. - Contributing to the continuous improvement of controlling processes and methodologies. This role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic automotive software environment, where you will gain insights into financial controlling within a global R&D organization.

To succeed in this role, you should have: - Enrollment in a university degree program in business administration, finance, economics, industrial engineering, or a related field. - Strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. - Basic knowledge of financial controlling or accounting principles. - Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Previous internship or work experience in controlling or finance is advantageous but not required.
