As an intern in Global Sales & Distribution, you will contribute to shaping the future of global sales by supporting the implementation of our worldwide sales vision. Your responsibilities include:
CRM System Design: Assist in designing and optimizing CRM systems to enhance sales processes and data management. Collaborate with technical teams to configure, test, and deploy CRM solutions tailored to business needs.
Global Stakeholder Consulting: Engage with international client teams and stakeholders to understand their requirements, provide insights, and recommend CRM strategies that align with global sales objectives. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback and drive alignment.
Project Support: Take direct responsibility for specific project tasks, such as analyzing sales data, preparing reports, and documenting system specifications. Contribute to project planning, tracking, and execution to ensure timely delivery.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and IT teams to integrate CRM systems with existing tools and processes. Support change management initiatives to promote adoption of new systems.
Innovation and Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance CRM functionality and user experience. Propose and test new features or workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness in global sales operations.

To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, information systems, computer science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of consulting with diverse stakeholders across different cultures and time zones.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and sales processes.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Prior internship or project experience in sales, consulting, or IT is preferred but not required.
