Internship / Praktikum

As an intern at SCHNEIDER, you will gain hands-on experience in various functional areas of an international company. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting daily operations in your assigned department, such as engineering, production, or logistics. - Assisting with project management tasks, including data analysis, reporting, and documentation. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to contribute to ongoing initiatives and process improvements. - Participating in meetings and workshops to learn about industry best practices and company workflows. - Conducting research and preparing presentations to support decision-making processes. - Engaging in practical tasks related to mechanical engineering, such as assisting with design, testing, or maintenance activities. - Learning about quality control and safety standards applicable to the manufacturing environment. - Contributing to the development and optimization of technical solutions under the guidance of experienced professionals. - Taking part in training sessions to enhance your technical and professional skills. - Completing assigned projects within deadlines and providing regular progress updates to supervisors.

- Currently enrolled in a university or college program, preferably in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, business administration, or a related field. - Strong interest in gaining practical experience in an international industrial setting. - Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and manufacturing processes. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Good communication skills in German and English (both written and spoken). - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. - Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and environments. - Previous internship or work experience is a plus but not required.
