To be considered for this internship, you must be a veterinary student or recent graduate from an accredited veterinary program. Strong interest in small animal medicine and surgery is essential. You should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to work effectively in a team. Basic knowledge of diagnostic procedures, including blood work and imaging, is required. Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or hospital is preferred but not mandatory. You must be detail-oriented, compassionate, and able to handle the physical demands of the role, including lifting and restraining animals. Fluency in German is required, as you will be communicating with local pet owners and colleagues.
